hey hello! I have a room for rent (22 m2) in a newly renovated 3-room apartment close to the city centre (Śródmieście district, Nowolipki street). Excellent communication with the centre of Warsaw (tram, buses, two stops from Ratusz Arsenał metro station). Fully furnished (all room, kitchen and bathroom). The room is big and sunny.
