I have a room in nice flat 10 min to the city center

I have a room for rent in big, 4-room apartment on Fałata street, Pola Mokotowskie subway station. There is an equipped kitchen, bathroom and a little dressing-room. The room is 18m2, has basic furniture, wardrobe build in the wall and quite big balcony. There are three other people in the apartament. It's 10 minutes to the city center. Preferably for english- or spanish-speaking native
