The Gazeta Wyborcza website has a pretty comprehensive list of New Year parties in clubs, pubs and Hotels. Ranging from 39PLN (which I think was simply an entrance fee) up to 1300PLN for the Bristol bash. The average price did seem to be around 250PLN. There is also the free party on Pl. Konstytucji

Hate to disappoint, but I think they are prices per person + some places are charging up to 100PLN extra if you want to sit down!
