Shrooms and bombs

If you go down to the woods today, you could be in for a big surprise; a loud, explosive surprise. Bomb disposal experts were busy this week in Czech woods after WWI & II arms caches were discovered by mushroom pickers who got a whole lot more than they were looking for. The phenomenon is fairly common at this time of year as mushroom fans penetrate many otherwise unvisited areas in their quest for the tastiest specimens, prompting regional police spokesperson Iva Markova to warn that "Under no circumstances should finders touch these objects, but they must immediately call police." Our own advice is to let others do the picking (and bomb-discovering!) and simply wait until the delicious goodies appear at a market nearby.
