Very disappointing experience with the agency TL;DR: 1. Plumbing issues left unresolved for 2 months (sewage water flooding from the kitchen sink) 2. Stressful 3-hour handover “from hell” with aggressive owner and his friend 3. Unjustified deposit deduction, (2250 PLN) with 1/3 things not discussed before + information about it in a month after leaving 4. Little to no communication with the apartment manager I’ve lived in Poland for 3 years and this was my first truly negative experience with a real estate agency. After signing the contract, the agency lost any interest in serving our needs, when we had desperate need for that. On August 11, we reported a serious plumbing problem: the kitchen sink got flooded with sewage water whenever the dishwasher or washing machine ran, spreading a sulfur odor and making the apartment unsanitary. Despite three plumber visits (200 PLN each, paid by us), the issue wasn’t fixed by October 1, when we moved out. The agent Alicja offered no alternative and kept blaming the building plumber who was on vacation for a month. The handover was the most stressful experience of the year. The owner insisted on being present, along with his friend (“the next tenant”, as he said, who he was planning to rent it directly without the agency). We were never informed by Alicja that this would happen, although the owner claimed the opposite. What should have taken 15–30 minutes turned into a 3-hour interrogation. Every corner was inspected as if forensically, and we faced accusations. We signed a protocol confirming the apartment was fine, except for three small wall stains and broken shower cabin wheels. A month later, on October 30th, we suddenly received an invoice for 2,250 PLN, including repainting a second wall that was never discussed. That wall contained stains from the sofa that occurred during the normal apartment usage, and even could have been washed if we were made aware that it’s a problem. Alicja clearly chose to delay this issue to avoid confronting the owner. We always believed that working with agencies meant protection from unreasonable owners. Unfortunately, this agency proved otherwise, they only care about their commission, not their clients. For context: this so-called “premium apartment” was far from new: original 1928 wooden doors that let in draught, scratched walls and floors (along with accusations that we were the reason for that), poor plumbing, and minimal furniture. I have evidence supporting every statement and am willing to share it. If you’ve experienced similar issues with this agency, feel free to reach out. She is a scammer. She is just one loser who scam people don’t study with her, she dorseven know how to teach just hires other teachers that she doesn’t even pay for. Thieve !

We travel a lot and I always book private photo tours. This tour was one of the best. In fact, I don't know how this tour could possibly have been a better experience. David has a great knowledge base of the city and we would have never have found many of the places he took us. This was no pay x fees and follow a group around to a bunch of tourist sites. It was a personalized experience. David was very flexible and kind; he accommodated my husband's mobility and endurance challenges with ease and grace. His communication and follow up skills are exemplary; the value of the experience far exceeded the cost. My husband uses his phone's camera and I have a point and shoot Canon and we both got great photos to show for our time with David. He's a wonderful teacher for the most amateur of photographers. And, he's fun to spend time with. We highly recommend him to all.

The worst!!! The school sells the idea that if your residence permit (based on 1 year language course) is denied, they will refund you for the classes not attended, which is a lie!!! It's been 3 months since I resigned and requested refund (all based on the contract) but school refuses to do it!! They also tried to charge me for 2 months of classes that I lost because the school dismissed my group and forced me to start all over... Now they simply ignore all my messages, taking advantage of the fact that I'm not in Poland. Avoid this school!!! There are others honest and reliable ones to study polish language.

Best Beauty Salon in Cracow !

Hello there, my wife and I visited Krakow on the 14th June for five nights. We really enjoyed the city, the people and trips to the major tourist spots around the city. We had a fantastic time. On the day of our return home we had lots of time to kill and decided to take the train from the city to the airport. This is where our problem began. The 17.43 train was delayed and unknown to us we boarded the wrong train heading away from the airport. Realising the journey was taking too long we spoke with the guard and with assistance from another passenger we were advised to get of this train at Myslowice station and travel back to the city. This is an unmanned station and with further assistance from another lady we took the 19.20 train back to Krakow. On this train another lady passenger overhead our discussion with the guard and options for making it to the airport in time for our flights. She took control of our situation and advised us that we may miss our flight if we went back all the way into the city. She then arranged for an Uber taxi to pick us up at Bronowice station to continue the trip to the airport. We made our check in within 5 minutes of the gate closing.We thanked everyone who helped us at the time but did not get any contact details of the two wonderful ladies who made our journey to the airport on time possible. This is a big thank you to both. It goes further to confirm that there are some kind and considerate people in this world. Love you Krakow
