Not a single star even - I've been to a few of these stores and it seems impossible to get a simple washing, drying and curls make-over. Only because of extensions. Redicolous. Will never go there again.

Najmniej profesjonalny salon w jakim byłem. Zero skupienia na kliencie, jego potrzebach i oczekiwaniach. Jedyny cel jaki zauważyłem to Target marki i trening kiepskich technik sprzedaży. Pan z tatuazem na dłoni(nożyczki) przeszedł sam siebie "besztając" znajomego za kiepski stan włosów i dopuszczenie do łysienia androgenowego. Celem bylo oczywiscie sprzedanie kuracji na łysienie za 750 zł. Absolutnie nie polecam!!!

I went to the branch in Promenada shopping centre. Manager was rude because I asked hair color and he replied me can't get the color I'm asking and I should know as hair stylist too. Well, I was hair stylist and was technical advisor for loreal professional. Didn't wanted to argue with his stupidity behavior. Simply in that branch stylist didn't know how to work with colors. Seems need more training. I live in Poland this is the first time I had bad experience. I'll try to go to another branch and see.

JLD hairdressers are rather oke and mostly there is someone to speak English. They are not great though and the prices high compared to Belgium despite the much lower wages.

I don't know if this chain is big internationally, but in Poland it has set a standard for modern looks in hair styles.

Agreed. They are pros. You can rely on a good cut and styling from them, no matter which location.

i always get a perfect haircut here, the stylists are all very nice people and they are professional. prices are OK.
