Lviv Gets The Much Needed Help

The European Investment Bank agreed to assist Lviv in organizing Euro 2012. It granted a big credit to the Lviv City Council. The money will allow Lviv to get eight projects to Euro 2012 going.

The bank's grant will co-finance the projects in the energy, transport, telecommunication and energy-infrastructure spheres. It will also benefit the environmental protection.

Each of the projects will absorb about 25 million dollars. Hopefully, the money will go to a good use of road construction, street interchanges and connecting the future stadium with the airport and railway station.
