Hitler Exhibition Extended

An exhibition dedicated to telling the story of the rise and fall of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, hosted by the German Historical Museum, is set to be extended by three weeks. The exhibition, entitled ?Hitler and the Germans: Nation and Crime?, is the first of its kind in Germany.

The exhibition asks the question of what made Hitler?s rise possible in the political and social climate of the time, and how his rule and National Socialism itself managed to attain widespread acceptance in Germany.

This comprehensive exhibition has proven to be hugely popular with both Germans and international tourists, having attracted over 170 000 visitors since its opening in October of last year.

?Hitler and the Germans? will be open until 27 February 2011.
