running trails inside city
Anybody have recommendations for good running trails inside the city? Particularly I'm looking for some mapped out trails near the Wisla or Debniki where I can keep a fairly even pace. I don't mind a combination of sidewalks, parks or alleyways as long as I'm not running over cobblestones or breathing exhaust along busy roads. 5-10kish ...

there are a few parks in krakow where u can run, close to Vistula River: e.g: Bednarskiego Park in Podgórze desrtict, the prettiest area to run is Salwator, with Wolski Forest (bus 134)- this is the Tyniec and Bielany route, along Wis³a. other running paths: Wawel Stadion, Jordan's Park and of course B³onia.

You can start at the Blonia and run up to the Kopiec Koszciuszki - there are some nice jogging/bike trails along the way.
