saltmine
Where can we take a public bus to go to the saltmine and how many stops is it. Can you buy tickets in advance for visiting the saltmine. At what time is the latest bus back to city centre krakow?Thank you in advance!

Hi Semnik. Buses go to Wieliczka Town (where the salt mines are) from lots of stops around the city. For sure you can pick one up opposite the main Post Office in Cracow (as well as from the bus station, naturally!) You can get tickets to visit the mine on arrival, but you may have to wait if groups are prebooked ahead of you. Alternatively, you can just join a tour which will provide transport and the ticket - through for example Krakow Tours (www.krakow-tours.com) Have fun!
