Not yet, but there seems to be growing support for such a ban :(

oppose it at all cost, it has ruined the pub / bar trade in UK

Poles love smoking, so I guess it will take a few years at least before it arrives. And winters here in Poland get VERY cold, so punters are not going to want to step out into minus 20 for a smoke!
