Best area in Krakow to open a cigar and rum lounge and bar

Probably Podgorze. It's still a super local area, very cool among people who live here permanently but has plenty of tourists.

for instance the area alongside zablocie of ul lwowska, ul josefinska, ul dabrowska, ul traugutta - or plac bohaterow getta - or the streets behind nadwislanska - or even along kalwaryska - im sure you can find really cheap rent, cool historical building and a niche place to set up where it would become the 'local' with little competition, stacks of tourist traffic and stacks of yuppies and stacks of normal nice local people.

loads of great places here for sale or rent that just need a little fixing up to become a real hotspot. in 10 yrs from now the real estate here will have doubled in price though and it will be like kazimierz so now is the time to get in. its already changed heaps.
