Cross-country skiing

We went skiing near Niepolmice outside Krakow this past weekend. Was great but only found a good trail on the second day, the rest by the road. Anybody know of a trail guide for Cracow or for Malopolskie? Also, we want to rent some gear for some friends. Any suggestions where to rent in Krakow?
