Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music

Fri 16th
Sep

The Warsaw Autumn is a time-honoured and respected festival (now in its 54th edition), that continues to play a vital part in the growth of Polish contemporary classical music and artistic cross-pollination. Focusing this year on composers "who speak out on important social and political issues of the modern world", the festival will present multi-media documentary works in co-operation with the Zacheta National Gallery of Art. There will be concerts by Polish composers and performers, as well as shows of established, composers of the past such as Karlheinz Stockhausen.
