Eataway - Eat a meal with locals in Warsaw

Hello! I'm Kasia!

After graduating from university, I packed my backpack and went on a journey around the world, which turned out to be the biggest adventure of my life! I lived in many interesting places but my last stop was Key West, Florida, where the influx of immigrants from Cuba and other Caribbean countries created a real festival of cooking. I called this place my home for two years and when I moved to Warsaw that inspired me to open a Food Truck with Cuban sandwiches "La Chica Sandwicheria".

I love my job, because I love to feed and meet people. Wanting to make this experience even more personal, I decided not only to to share my food but also my home. Once a week people from all around the world come to my house for a homemade meal and to share their life experiences.  That keeps me “travelling” and it’s very inspiring.

I cook from my heart combining all the flavours from around the world and my travels.

I ask my guests to contribute 80 PLN each for a delicious 3 course meal (wine or beer included!) at my apartment in Saska Kępa in Warsaw.
