HELP NEEDED

Hello, My name is Charlotte Potter and I am a journalist based in the UK, I am also the secretary of a charity called the Marble Project which raises money for an orphanage in Berkovitsa, near Montana. I am in desperate need of some information about one of the young ladies who lives at the orpahange. She was recently abducted, tortured, raped and left for dead. We believe she is currently in hospital in Sofia and that a fund has been set up to help pay for her medical expenses, which included an operation to stop a bleed on the brain. We do have a translator who works for us, but she was so upset by the details she was given, she was unable to explain what has happened. Any information would be so very welcome, we are all very worries about our dear friend. Many thanks.
