Pubs in Riga

Was not happy about me and my friends not being able to order food while watching a fotball game because of us standing at the only available, but seemingly wrong part of the bar.

Great place for young people. Nice vibes and good beer. Hostel has all it needs and is nice an clean.

VW camper bar is worth a visit to this bar alone Wish I had it in my home back in Scotland

Here I had the only bad experience in Riga. The workers, especially a little blonde woman, are very unfriendly and incompetent, although it looks like a nice place. Unbelievable! The employee should behave as a representer of the pub and the hostel.

Friendly folk always ready with a smile - and a beer! Perfect place for watching sports.

Kiwi bar is the place I always end up when going out. It is friendly, easy to get in touch with others, though primarily non-Latvians. Don't come for the food (if you must I would suggest the chicken sandwich) but for the beer. They serve a nice draught of Guinness if that is your thing! Kiwi is without a doubt the best pub in town, placed right in the middle of Old Town.
