Museum of Video Games in Wroclaw?

Old consoles and videogames, available not only to see, but to play this is the aim of a group of computer geeks who want to establish a Museum of Video Games in Wroclaw. Theyre now collecting money on line for that purpose.
Krzysztof Damaszke, the originator of the museum, has been playing videogames since he was a kid. When in high school, he could play videogames for up to 8 hours a day. My friends and I remember all those old consoles and joysticks, and we know there are places in Europe where you can still enjoy them. In Poland theres none. Wed like to have a museum like this in Wroclaw, and we have fans supporting us.
At first the idea was purely Utopian, but when fans started pouring their likes to the project on Facebook, and promised to hand over their used equipment, some pieces genuinely unique, Damaszke and his friends decided to seriously engage in the project. A crowdfunding project has been established at Polish website polakpotrafi.pl, and if they come up with the right amount, ca. 20 000 PLN, the project will be launched as first an e-museum, with detailed descriptions, and 3D photos of old equipment. This is the safe way to slowly develop a museum, as we dont know peoples reaction to it at first said Damaszke.
When a virtual facility proves successful, Damaszke will seek investors to create a real museum and display all gathered computer equipment, and make some of it available to fans of old school Super Mario or Pacman.
Przemysław Pająk, editor in chief of the "Spider's Web" website, dealing with new technologies speaks highly of the project, pointing out that videogames have been a form of entertainment since tens of years now, and they also bring development to new technologies.
At present videogames are considered harmful and aggression-evoking and their authors are unfairly discredited in comparison with e.g. movie directors. The museum may help in changing these stereotypes he said.
