There was already a Newsnight pragramme about Wroclaw - you can see it here - http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/newsnight/5154002.stm - maybe that's the one you are talking about? I'm a Brit and I have to say I think there are great opportunities here in Poland for people like me, as well as being great opportunities for Poles in the UK. It just depends where you feel more at 'home'....
