Hi James. The Main Square is ok, but the best places tend to be off the Square itself - but not far away. What kind of places do you like? Kuznica leads up to the University and has a few cool bars on it, although the highest concentration of bars is definitely in the Pasaz Niepolda - follow Ruska from the Plac Solny until you see loads of drunk people and you'll know you're there. Metropolis, Bezsennosc, Celtic, Niebo, Drogi do Mekki and several others can all be found there.
