Hi again, Don't know if you heard BBC Coventry broadcasting today live from Wroclaw, but a real estate agent was saying you can pick up a 2-bedroomed flat on the main market square for around 150,000 GBP. Obviously, that's the most expensive area (think Covent Garden in London or St Mark's in Venice and you get the idea) She reckoned that prices would continue to rise for the next 3 to 4 years, so don't wait too long!
