Absolute disgrace from start to finish..Surly and aggressive agent..Made me sign for a full tank even though it was nowhere near full..claiming the car gauge was faulty...and that he had personally filled it before the rental. bullshit!! Went straight to a petrol station and put 18 euro in which didn't even fill it..Took it back with much more fuel than I was given to be told they would charge me as it wasn't full. Fortunately...I took photos when I picked the car up and had receipts ..and we'll when the agent realised I wasn't going to be done..he changed his mind. What a surprise First and last time to use Europcar anywhere. ..but definitely at Ljubljana Airport.Have rented 40 cars in Ljubljana and ALL other hire companies have been great and charming But Europcar .NEVER again..Your have been warned ... .Be aware ..Don't rent with this outfit

Waiting for one hour and guy at dispatch center was very rude. don't use it, use instead Rondo or Laguna taxi

Hey Fatemeh, let me help you with your questions :) The card costs €27 for 24 hours, €35 for 48 hours, €40 for 72 hours. The Ljubljana card only works for busses/trains etc. within Ljubljana, not to other cities, so, you cant use it for a train or bus to Celje. Also, it seems there is no card for Celje. Have a great time in Slovenia :)

Long waiting times to get the car. They sold me an extra insurance where the excess drops to 0 €. At return they found a small damage under the car. I never parked bachwards and I'm sure it wasn't my damage. Nevertheless, they charged me 91.50 € as administration fee. If You rent a car there look closely as hell during pickup. They just want to find something to charge you. Very unprofessional!

The Taxidriver was very unfriendly, he doesn't go out of the car and help us with our luggages. He was a nazi, he hears nazisongs when we drive with him. We will never book this company again!!

Very good experience in general. Booked online and got conformation in 10 minutes. Even that my plane landed more than hour late, driver was right there as they said in conformation email.I am definitely going to use this service next time.
Ja koristim Airtrail vec vise od godinu dana. ekipa je uvek dobre volje, nikada ne kasni i cene su im mnogo bolje od ostalih kompanija.

If the station would be nicer, it would get the highest rate.. It was very hot and we needed to stand outside while waiting for the bus. Otherwise, good connection to Postojna Cave, bought the bus ticket and a voucher for the cave at the station and there exchanged at the priority ticket office, good thing!
Bought a bus ticket at the station, to Postojna cave and I got the whole package, voucher and an audio guide.. had a great time in the cave, its fascinating!
The station is quite old and small, but the bus connections are very good, I visited Postojna cave and Bled lake from this station.. It's also easy to buy tickets, everybody speaks English.
The best airport ever. No other words to say just excellent!!!

We called and arranged everything and the woman said the taxi will be there in 20 minutes. We went outside the house after 10-15 minutes, waited for almost half an hour, called them if they maybe know where the taxi we were waiting for is, and the woman yelled at us that the taxi arrived to the house after 5 minutes, that it isn't the taxi driver's job to wait, etc. and insisted that she told us that he'll be there after 5 minutes, not 20. Of course we called another taxi, where they actually returned the politeness.
Any foreigner who complains must not be used to taxi's in Slovenia.. Call center is professional, indicates ETA accuratly, drivers never overprice and always take fastest route. Oh, and the cheapest in town, what more can you ask?
Nothing against the taxi driver, but the staff in the calling centre is really very-very impolite and unfriendly!
I use this service for myself and my job often, and they have never EVER behaved like most of this reviews say they have. Actually, I usually never bother with writing reviews, but seeing all these negative votes, I had to step up, because they really offer the best service in town, to my knowledge at least.
Great price - but if for that price I have to ensure the unfriendliness of call centre and a couple of their drivers, I would rather walk in -50 degrees! I think the last time I heard a call centre not use the word please was in films about Soviet Russia!!! Honestly, better off using any other company. I am permanently using anybody else BUT them from now on... 3 only because of price and the fact that they arrive usually when they say they will.
Staff is disaster!!!! Never use this taxi!!! They are very unfriendly staff!!! We called them about half hour, and they didn,t want to send taxi to us, because somebody already called ahead, but nobody were there. Take other taxi, they said that.
They are okay, you just have to take care of your own stuff. I once left a wallet in the cab and never seen it again even tho I called the central 15 seconds after the cab left. Shitty staff, fair price.
Do you have large taxis for disabled, which have a lift for el wheelchair (weight 280 kg) and roon for 8 peersons. If no tlift then a deasant ramp.
just used a cab. we said a street it weas here timely and we were brought to our restaurant very fast and it was cheap. I can not complain. Car was smokers car and rather small golf or so, but this is common here that cabs are small "normal" cars.
It took me 30 minutes to get through; they asked where I am. I said in front of JSI. They said Jamova or Jadranska. I didn't know in the next 5 seconds. They hang up: "call back when you know." It's a shitty service for pigs and dogs.
Ive used this taxi service tens of times. Always got there sooner than I asked for, never overcharged me, always took the quickest route...and best of all completely cheap. I highly recommend them.
Yes....to arrive in Slovenia is always a buzz because the people here are simultaneously old-world in terms of politeness and respect but also from a future other countries can only hope to get to someday. The trains work, are affordable and pleasant and efficient and those working on them enjoy their job and like meeting people! Is this so shocking? .-) Last night I arrived off a bus from Tolmin and within minutes had a return ticket to Budapest purchased from a helpful ticket-shop woman. I love Slovenia and want to join this country. They are my kind of people and they have a beautiful jewel of a country they are proud of yet love to share

Taxi Ljublajana is the best over 60 cars, the oldest taxi service in Slovenia, all of the drivers have official permits........Nice clean cars (mercedes, bmw, Vw,audi..)Always kind and wiling to help!

The staff is extremely rude. If a problem occurs, they're not ready to solve it at all, they just impolitely hang up the phone. Suggestion: Find some other service!
The station itself is nothing to write home about, but I was able to buy tickets in English with no problems.
