The Bunker of Art is one of the few modernist buildings to have made a home in Cracow's hallowed Old Town. Controversial from the start, Cracow's leading centre of contemporary art has as many fans as it does foes. On the exhibition front, there are rich pickings to be found as the Bunkier regularly snaps up international artists who are interested in exhibiting in Poland. Home-grown art is well represented too. If you can't stand art, the outdoor cafe may yet rock your boat, it's one of the best in town. A Million Lines - fantastic exhibition!
Best coffee & contemporary art in Town !
a definite must-visit for those with contemporary art at heart, and those with an open mind and an adventurous spirit (artistically speaking, of course!)
A brilliant gallery with lots of things going on. Some brave exhibitions which you will never forget.
I agree , workshops for kids are fantastic ! check out online at Bunkier
Whats great about this place are the workshops for kids - check out their website and cafe outside. Exhibitions not so good.
A must see in Krakow. Always something going on. Lots of artists hanging around here, and interesting people to meet in the cafe outside...
Can't wait another World Press Photo exhibition here!
We stumbled across this one by accident, and ended up spending a good portion of our break here..! Have to confess I didn't see the exhibition proper but the outdoor cafe was great.
Big thumbs up for the Witkacy exhibition. Great!

Fantastic exhibition ! well lited and great disagn, well done Krakovians
the 'world press photo'-exhibition was good, but (maybe i picked the wrong moment to go there) there were too much visitors... it wasn't relaxing at all.
polecam spotkania KLUBU Bunkra Sztuki! bardzo ciekawe tematy i swietni rozmowcy, rozklad jazdy najlepiej sprawdzic na stronie Bunkra -link ponizej.
Very disaapointing.. expected more from the review but found the exhibition uninspiring and frankly dull.
very good gallery !lots of good meetings with artists,
surely best in krakow.
Very good exhibition (World Press Photo) as popula es ever with stacks of visitors. Lots of disturbing images, some clearly 'stage-managed' but nonetheless well worth a visit.
exhibition WPP was very touching.i like your gallery and lot and i think is the best in Krakow
Boys,Boys,Boys what a great exhibition ! big painting on the wall is absolutely outstanding..
Bunkier Sztuki is the winner of my trip to Poland ! will comeback next summer,i love Krakow.
Always something good going on here - its lively and active, with plenty of talented young artists' work on show.
Exhibition of Rafal Bujnowski was a great art experience.Very interesting work.Must see!
The last exhibition "Happy Birthday"was excelent!
In my opinion, a completely different class of contemporary art is to be found in Poland, no more so than at this excellent gallery. With none of the pretension of contemporary "Western" media-seeking artists (and with far more wit and intelligence), Poland's art fraternity deserve (and will eventually get) the acknowledgement they rightly deserve. Top marks!
