The ladies that work at this store are very snooty and make shopping there an unpleasant experience. I came in to buy some gifts and was never greeted or offered help. Instead, one employee whisperer to another, then they both stared me up and down. Two days earlier same thing happened to me but I was dumb enough to buy a necklace. This time I just walked out and went down the street to another jewelry store where the staff was polite and I bought 6 pieces of jewelry there. The staff at Boruni should learn some proper customer service etiquette or they will lose business to other competitors which there are plenty of in Krakow.

Faktycznie, nie trzeba "szukać" bursztynu nad Bałtykiem, wystarczy wejść do Amber Museum!

Byłam na zwiedzaniu wystawy z przewodnikiem i jestem bardzo mile zaskoczona :)
Gorąco polecam!! - ładne wnętrza, wspaniałe okazy i biżuteria, a co najważniejsze miły i kompetentny personel, który służy pomocą, opowiada o bursztynie i biżuterii z uśmiechem na ustach :)

Beautiful amber!
Bursztyn - złoto północy, prawdziwy okaz w centrum Krakowa. Muzeum niewielkie, ale urokliwe. Przesympatyczna i kompetentna obsługa. Oprowadzanie wystawy z przewodnikiem, jak i wstęp do muzeum jest darmowy. Można też napić się pysznej kawy i zakupić nie tylko bursztynową biżuterię ale i kosmetyki, świece. Gorąco polecam!

Great museum, nice, helpful staff and beautiful exhibition. Probably the only museum in Cracow which has free admission.
Really interesting! I had my amber pendant checked with the device, and it proved genuine, luckily:) A great place to go if you're interested with buying amber jewelry, too
Sales associates were very helpful and patient! Lovely pieces of amber and beautiful pieces of jewelry! My daughter, a friend and I bought several pieces when visiting Krakow! Wish I was there and could buy more!
