I ordered 2 steaks 1 well done came raw , I got 2 steaks 1 chip 2 cokes 1 pepper sauce 371 instead I got a bill 693 , when I checked my bank it charged me 122euro , went back to try and correct there mistake and was told the girl doing the till was dyslexic, and that she was right , I ordered steak not whole cow . I didn’t get my money back

Excellent steak

Fantastic place! Lovely and modern inside. Staff very friendly and attentive. We had the bruschetta (thankfully to share) it was a huge portion. I had Ribeye steak and Belgium chips, hubby had the three steak special three different cuts of steak with potato gratin and we shared roasted veggies! Everything was perfect!

Najgorsze steki w mieście. Mówią, że to polędwica argentyńska, a ma żyły. Kucharz nie potrafi zrobić midium rare. 2 razy wymienialiśmy steka bo był przesmażony, a i tak końcowy efekt nie był najlepszy. Ceny bardzo wysokie. Lepiej iść do Pimiento, choć drogie, jest gwarancja jakości, albo do MooMoo, albo gdziekolwiek. Nie polecam nikomu. Pierwszy i ostatni raz tam byłem. Mało dają, bardzo drogo i nie dobre jedzenie.

Terrible. Overpriced food.

Dzień dobry wszystkim. Dawne " Milano" odwiedzaliśmy często i nigdy nie mieliśmy takich problemów jakie pojawiły się tym razem. Przy zamówieniu STEKU warto pamiętać o okularach ;) Cena za 100g mięsa, bardzo drobny druk, wynosi 59zł, najmniejsza porcja to 250g mięsa.(+stek nie został przygotowany jak sobie życzylismy, a wszystkie dodatki osobno trzeba zamówić-zapłacić). W rachunek automatycznie został wliczony napiwek 10%, który przy naszym zamówieniu wyniósł 80zł.- Czy to już Ameryka? +Ze sufletu z "malinami"i lodami, zrobiła się jedna truskawka z kakao.(no i ten suflet :) )

The best burgers in Krakow. And there is so much more delishes things to eat. True, it is not one of the cheap restaurants, therefore 4 stars not 5. However, entering a restaurant in the most prestigious place in Krakow you must know what you are entering...lol. Staff is very friendly that makes the whole experience even greater.

It is an expensive restaurant. However whenever we want to improve our mood, we are going there. Why? Because the service is outstanding. Very polite, friendly and always ready to be of service. Therefore I really do not know what happend in your case. Not our experience at all.

I go with friend just to seat and talk with my friend, not any fancy diner. But not only waiter was quite strange commenting my order with me, like I need to explain myself why I order sth. What more he demand gratuity charge for bringing us 2 beers. When I said no (beer price was high enough even for main square), he commented that I'm Polish and that it is with us Polish people we do not give tips. Bus in US you have to give it. When I said that in Asia is impolite to give ones, he said that who actually cares on that small tip. I will never come back there after this.

We went to eat here yesterday. First of all they put prices on the menu per 100g and the steaks start at 250gr so you have to triple the price. When we got the food, the burgers were cold en the Fries were not baked enough. My boyfriend just stopped eating because the burger tasted strange. So we don't get the fuzz about this place. The restaurant does not match his 5 star hotel.

I agree, especially steaks!
