I waited for my order for too long. People who came after us got their orders faster. I guess polish citizens receive their food faster than people of other nationalities. Waiter screamed on me and was very rude. Pizza was just terrible. Shrimps were too salted, my salad was terrible. All food here is disgusting

STAFF IS RUDE!!! THEY DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE BY NATIONALITY AND SAY THAT “THEY MAKE RULES HERE!” THEY DECIDED TO BE RUDE TO US BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THAT WE ARE UKRAINIANS, WHAT IS THE HELL!? We came from Germany and paid for everything we ordered. We just wanted to pay and leave earlier because they ruined our evening! From the beginning we were badly served and waited too long. We wanted to have a good time there but instead we had awful food and faced discrimination, rude attitude and getting personal. The person who spoke to us seems to be an owner of this place because “he makes the rules”. In italian place they said that they cook polish food. If so I guess Italian dishes should be removed from the menu. Food is not tasty at all, it feels like it was cooked long time ago and just warmed up. Pizza is really bad. Pasta is bad! Chicken is super dry. Even tiramisu was awful. Waiting time is around 40-60 mins. Chairs are not comfortable.

If this is an italian restaurant I am king George,pizza is ok but pricey so the wine,interiors too small with tables one next to the other,no privacy.

This Italian restaurant with beautiful garden lasts in Krakow for about 15 years. They serve simple but delicious pasta, ravioli, risotto, original main courses, great pizzas and various deserts. They offer also uniques seasonal menu and they have big selection of wines (not only from Italy). Firendly professional waiters work there for long time - they know how to take care about their customers, you can feel good atmosphere there. If you visit once its gonna be one of your favourite places.

Restauracja nieprzyjazna rodzinom z małymi dzecmi. Pierwszy raz w życiu musieliśmy zrezygnować z posiłku gdyż kelnerom przeszkadzają biegające po lokalu dzieci

actually italian style pizza and the guy below sounds like the real yuppie - calling people yuppies... guess that makes me a yuppie cause i called him one? Anyway Ask basically anyone from Krakow where to get the best pizza and they will 100% say NOLIO (except that guy below - maybe he works for Dominos? :D) it's just common knowledge. Plus its pretty much inside a monastery so to say that it's not nice inside is just ridiculous. best pizza in krakow

Abbiamo cenato in quattro in questo piacevolissimo ristorante. Ottima cucina, vera italiana: moscardini e capesante come antipasto, poi spaghetti alle vongole e fettuccine con gamberoni. Per finire il gelato al forno della casa. Vino prosecco della casa. Tutto era davvero squisito e ben presentato, accompagnato da un ottimo servizio. Prezzi nella media di Cracovia, quindi assolutamente onesti. Consigliatissimo!!!

Just had an excellent lunch here - aubergine starter, pizza with parma ham and a salad. With drinks, good value at 66pln for 2, about 6 gbp per person

Very good food and friendly service. Seemed to be very popular, so might be worth booking a table in advance if coming at busy times like weekends. The pizza with parma ham was the best!

We arrived at 5 pm. The staff were busy doing other things. Tables weren't set. We ordered and the food started arriving followed shortly by napkins. The food was great but as we were finishing there was a lot of table re-arrangements making our conversation difficult. I don't expect that sort slackness given the prices charged. Don't expect the place to look like the web page photos! The interior is very stark and the chairs uncomfortable.

Wczoraj z rodzinką byłem na obiedzie - wszystkim bardzo smakowało, tak przystawki, desery, a zwłaszcza dania główne - widać klasę. Przyjemne miejsce i fajna obsługa. Wyszliśmy zachwyceni! Na pewno wrócimy.

We had the most delightful anniversary dinner out in the courtyard. Our servers were wonderful, the food was delicious, the live music was very pleasant and the price was right. We are going back for another anniversary this year!

Simple and fresh food..with non exaggerated prices...nice cosy place

Fabulous food we had: roasted vegetables and mozzarella, shrimps and prawns in seafood sauce, beef in red wine, pizza covered in pepperoni, ham and bacon. Desserts, creme caramel and raspberry sorbet with limoncello. Would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Staff helpful and very friendly!

La serata più romatica dell'anno rovinata dalla cattiva/pessima gestione del proprietario,cameriere (giravano per il ristorante con un libretto e scrivevano non si sa cosa e chiedevano direttamente ai clienti cosa dovevano mangiare,ristorante pieno con menù prestabilito per tutti gli ospiti,entrati alle 20.15 antipasti arrivati alle 21.15 , pausa di circa 40 minuti sono arrivati i primi:pappardelle al sale 'Cupido' erano stra salate, ovviamente rimandate indietro piatto rifatto in 35 minuti(pasta fresca detta dal cuoco dove codesta in 3/4 minuti cuoce 1 minuto la tiri in padella e fai arrivare la cameriera e serve al cliente tempo di attesa massimo 10min). Spigola che a giudicare dal cuoco che pur avendo il ristorante pieno e la gente che aspettava poteva permettersi il lusso di stare fuori con me e il proprietario di discutere con aria al quanto minacciosa,diceva che il pesce era fresco arrivato in mattinata. Il dolce abbiamo evitato in quanto erano più delle 22.20 e avevamo altri impegni. La cosa più triste e frustrante per me che lavoro nel settore alberghiero è vedere la gente irritata stanca di aspettare senza neanche un bicchiere di vino o cestino di pane offerto dalla casa per scusarsi ,molti chiedevano il conto durante il secondo (stranamente quello arrivava subito) Volevo ricordare al proprietario che essendo in Polonia le cameriere devono parlare polacco a tutti stranieri e non, se poi sanno l'italiano e l'inglese meglio per loro in quanto sembra mancanza di rispetto verso il popolo polacco , in più scommetto che non gli è mai capitato di andare in qualche ristorante in Italia e parlare con il cameriere in inglese. Serata da dimenticare come da cancellare questo ristorante dalla lista ristoranti italiani a Cracovia.... Ma dov'è finito quel bel proprietario con la classica maglia PETRONAS ??torni il ti amo ti ha bisogno di Lei

Best Italian food in Cracow. Italian owners are always in restaurant, so quality of food and service is very high.

Don't go there if you are black , we had booked a table a week early For two people through an email. When we turned up they moved us to the very back at a table for 4 non reserved next to the toilet. Waiter most unfriendly and could not wait to get rid of us

Best neapolitan pizza!

I've visited twice. Definitely excellent and will visit again. I've had three different types of pizza - the one with italian sausage and broccoli rabe is excellent. Also the one with spicy salami. The carbonara is vey authentic, pasta cooked "al dente" and real italian ham within!
