myself and my daughter 18 ate here weds evening 10th may 2017was our out last meal in krakow , the service was delightful , food delicious and the surroundings of the restaurant were cosy and very welcoming . highly recommend without a doubt
Tuesday 24th was a warm day at lunch time we decided to stop for a coke and look at menu for that evening the waiter era said no food no drink what sort of policie is that we were going back at night for food but the answer but no glad they can be choosey and turn money down
Just back from a lovely meal could do with a little bit more garnish meat was mouth watering cooked to perfection

The perfect restaurant in Krakow
We visited this restaurant yesterday afer my trip around the old town. We` ve chosen outside sitting area becauce of great views and weather. Our food arived looking realy tasty and so it was. My girlfriend had lamb cutlets- amazing. I`ve gone for beef tenderloin, proper steak. It was cooked to perfection- medium rare as i like. Service was excelent, Waitress was very kind to us. We didn`t have to wait long for food or drinks. The only problem was drunk lady with her friends sitting next to us. She was refused more alcohol and started abusing staff in front of whole restaurant. Will be back definetly.
hello I was a customer at grande grill in Krakow yesterday and I for a change had a horrific experience, the food was so so, nothing to write home about... but the service was just a nightmare... I was waiting for food for ab 45 minutes and nobody bothered to come and let me now that they had a big group and were serving them first, I was waiting with 2 hungry children... I was really ready to walk out...and then when we finished meal I was waiting for another 30 minutes for a bill, the young waitress did not even look in my way to say sorry for the wait or anything....but when she brought the bill and at the time I was waiting by the cash register...and really ready to walk out for the second time... she gave me the bill and when I dare to look at it to see what I was paying for she made a face ... and said ..." come on ... I have no time to so are you paying or what..." so at this time I blew up... and when the other young waitress stoped by to help her fellow waitress ...just in time when I was expressing how horiible the service was... and that I been around and eaten in many restaurants..around the globe...NYC, London ect and never had worse service anywhere... the other nice young lady waitress look at me...up and down... and said "hmmm yeah... I can see that..." at that moment I just blew up...I was abused insulted and went through a horror...horror... I went to manager talked to him I was standing with my friend and my kids...and other customers saw what happened... because it got a bit loud at the moment...the insident took place on the 4th of August 2013 about 4 pm. at the table and waitress station by the main square... if there are cameras the management or the owner or the restaurant should take a look...and think about little more maybe while training a stuff.... I wonder if the manager did anything about this incident... I will never ever go back to this place I felt insulted and almost if I was kept hostage by this table and I was never to leave... this message is for management as well ... I hope that you will do something about it...because at this moment I am not sure if I should go other places with this...

As already stated a centrally located and pleasent eaterie.However the food served here is not traditional polish, still pretty good mind.
Great restaurant, we had a very nice meal. Service was good and friendly. And you have a great view at the Main Square.

finally somewhere capable of serving tasty, well cooked food. choice of delicious grilled meats, salads etc and vodka tasting menus as well. did exactly what i wanted without a lot of messing around. great!

My daughter and I visited this restaurant on 30th June 09 and without a doubt have never tasted a steak like it. It was the best steak ever and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. We will visit this restaurant again. A little hard to find so you will have to ask around but the atmosphere along with a lovely sunny evening was our best night out. Thank you.

Friendly and quick service, but ask for candlelight. The wine was fine and the meat excellent and especielly the price.
Was here on a Monday night for dinner and was not disappointed. As it is run by the same guys from Wierzynek, you can expect friendly and helpful staff. We sat in the garden on the square and they were quite busy, but service was still relatively quick and food was very good too! 3 meals for 25 GBP! Can't complain about that! Excellent restaurant/grill in the heart of Krakow! Check it out!
Food and atmosphere was spectacular, but if i was being entirely genuine, the food was not suited to the typical fat yank. now i was ok, but the average overweight american would not be happy with the portion. they are generally very greedy, but for the average person i would highly recommend the grill.
Great food and a great atmosphere. I ate listening to a fantastic live jazz act (and the singer was something special.)
Based on previous reviews we went to Grill 15-16 and were not disappointed. Food excellent, staff great and a 3 course dinner with a couple of drinks (inc tip) was £60. Well worth a visit
great place- in the main square. lovely cheap food- we had steaks which were fantastic. lovely atmosphere outside at night and friendly (but very busy) staff. Went back twice during our stay in beautiful krakow and a meal with drinks was not more than £20....even though my botriend had the most expensive main! great immaculatly clean loos too!
Excellent Food, Value for Money. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We went there two nights running for the Steak & Tyskie. Recommended.
Just back from krakow and I can definitely say that this was the best value for money place in the square (Rynek). Good food , friendly service , and very cheap by Irish or British standards .
I think its closed in the winter, because of it having no cover. But every time im there in the summer im there.

Visited this place twice whilst in Cracow recently, charming staff, fine food and nice atmosphere. Entertainment (jazz band) on one of the nights was an added attraction.
This is not the easiest place to find although it is just off Rynek Glowny. You walk through an opening and enter into the courtyard of the restaurant. The courtyard is well decorated with a modern feel and has white fairy lights dotted around. The majority of the tables are under pergola's so providing it is warm enough you can sit outside even if its raining. They also provide outdoor heaters. The staff were so attentive and the food was brilliant. More of a barbeque really but you can also get traditional Polish dishes. All extremely well priced. I think a 2 course meal with a beer was PLN 70 for 2 of us! The entertainment was a very chilled jazz singer one night with a guy on bongos and one on keyboard - altogether very relaxing. Toilets were top notch too! This place gets very busy but is definitely worth the wait. We went back twice!
