I ordered 2 steaks 1 well done came raw , I got 2 steaks 1 chip 2 cokes 1 pepper sauce 371 instead I got a bill 693 , when I checked my bank it charged me 122euro , went back to try and correct there mistake and was told the girl doing the till was dyslexic, and that she was right , I ordered steak not whole cow . I didn’t get my money back
Yummy bagels with the nice cream cheese and of course amazing cupcakes! This place is so delicious. I often get their cupcakes for celebrating a special occasion (really rich, luxurious flavours and creamy toppings) or their bagels as a quick and tasty breakfast on the way to work. Haven't tried their coffee yet but heard good things.
Fantastic place! Lovely and modern inside. Staff very friendly and attentive. We had the bruschetta (thankfully to share) it was a huge portion. I had Ribeye steak and Belgium chips, hubby had the three steak special three different cuts of steak with potato gratin and we shared roasted veggies! Everything was perfect!

Dear all, Burgertata is the best deal in Krakow, honestly!! I've had lunch there several times, since I work nearby, and believe me, one classic one is enough to get U going till dinner time. Among other, more fancy street food venues in the city, and especially the burger-selling ones, Burgertata really know what they are doing, and put their heart and soul to it (not literally, though, the meat is 100% beef:D). And the prices are good too. Recommended with all my heart!!
I didn't have a cupcake but I can at least vouch for the coffee which was excellent !
We sat outside in the sun watching the busy square, enjoying our bbq burgers and cocktails. Great service and food. A relaxed feel and not the usual frenzy experienced at the Hard Rock.
Menu, surroundings and atmosphere are all that you would expect from a Hard Rock Cafe, with exceptionally friendly service. Food was great on our visit here, prices low compared to UK. Highly recommended, would visit again.

Came home from Krakow this week and ate here 2 nights running. Even the sandwiches aren't just sandwiches, they come with half a plate of fries and salad. Both times we found the food to be really good value for money, plentiful and as we expected. I would advise going as the views are great, memorabilia really interesting and the service is excellent.
A typical Hard Rock Cafe that provides what you would expect. It's always interesting to see the different items on display. The food was of the usual standard and if you're looking for a typical meal from back home then you can do worse.
Once again the American use of the English language never fails to amaze me. This is a site for reviews good and bad, to just say "crap" and not explain why it's crap is just plain laziness. Anyway i have visited Krakow and Hard Rock cafe many times, and have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact the last time i visited in June this year i left my mobile in the premises, a member of staff went through my numbers and found the number of my hotel i was staying at and left a message to say it had been found. now if that is not good service and a good advert for the quality of staff there i do not know what is.

I did not like at all. The worst hard rock cafe i've ever been to.
i really detest the service they have there. they act in a very arrogant way. the food and drinks were average and comparatively pricey.
The service was outstanding, the food served hot, and I've try the most fabulous cocktail ever. The Hard Rock never fails!
My husband and I visit HRC last week and it was brilliant! Great food and friendly staff. If you are in Cracow - don't miss it - I do not think you will be disappointed.

Hey - it's a Hard Rock Cafe, so you can expect good food and service. I have been to a few around the world, and this was one of the better ones. I also spotted Poland's winner of X-Factor outside here a few weeks ago - Gienek is a street performer who often hangs around here - you can't miss the man with the incredible voice!

I adore the cupcakes there, the peanut butter one is my favourite. The staff are super nice. It's so good to see the place like this in Krakow. Thumbs up guys and keep on baking!

I was @HR last night, definitely enjoyed the food. The burgers are mouthwatering, although they need to work on the service.
Food- good Service what service? You can sit at your table, holler your waiter down and hell say 5 mins because he is busy, 25 mins goes by and nothing. Been there 3 nights the past week. And wouldnt go back. next night- waitress was giving me a speech about how hard of a day she had, thats why the food didnt come out on time. Seriously do I care? No please serve me my food. Manager,- just doesnt give a crap.
A cupcake from Cupcake Corner is the perfect addition to any day! The staff are always smiling, friendly and ready to help. My friends and I often take the long route to class just to stop in and have a cupcake.
