A pizza paradise for the hungry - conveniently located on the main town square and perfect for a stop during your tour around the city. Salads, pasta, and appetizers all handmade from top quality ingredients. For the true die-hard pizza fans, order an XXL pizza with fresh toppings and a side sauce - definitely amounts to ultimate pizza satisfaction. Head in to the restaurant or check on-line for the latest promotions before calling in for delivery. Summer time temperatures allow for a pleasant outdoor seating area, a must for the tired and hungry!

Let me just say that nearly all pizza in Krakow is bad. Okay, it's edible, and if you're really hungry it does the job, but generally it's all the same. There is absolutely nothing special about the crust. It's simply white flour dough cooked in a gas or wood burning oven, which, in my experience adds nothing to the flavor. Then get ready for almost no marinara sauce. Do you like cheesy bread? Well, it's much more like cheesy bread than it is pizza. At a place like Dominium you'll pay about 7$ for a mediocre pizza and bad service. I highly recommend going to Pizza Garden. www.pizzagarden.pl. The owner worked for 15 years as a Pizza cook in New York City and told us that lots of Poles don't even like the Pizza (apparently it doesn't taste like wood). Which is a good sign that it's legit. Polish people tend to be the least adventurous eater on Earth, which explains their ridiculous lack of variety. Yeah, avoid Polish pizza. The only place I can recommend is Pizza Garden. Trust me, it's worth the walk but doesn't open till 1pm.

Repetitive mistakes are also not being corrected and this is really a disaster.

I do not know what kind of serivce being provided by central order taking team in warsaw which actually do not have a clue about all their outlets closing time.

we had a bad expereince on the second time when they took the order and then called to inform that it is not possible.

How can Dominium expect customer loyalty........

The worst food and delivery service I have encountered anywhere in the world. It took almost 2 hrs to arrive, and when it did it was cold. The pizza was wet and soggy, the french fries consisted of 8/10 microwaved fries. Awful, truly awful...never again

First off even though i was speaking english, i was spoken to in polish, thankfully my wife is polish so she intervened, although she had to translate the whole menu because the waitress brought 2 polish menu's. The service was extremely slow and very snotty, they stood behind us watching us eat the entire pizza. A customer left the door open on the way out and it was extremely cold and wet outside, and the waitresses just stood by the door talking so i had to get up and close the door myself. The pizza was wet and floppy, possibly one of the worst pizza's ive ever had.

Had a simple salami pizza, but was really good. Don't sit by the door, though. Bit of a cold breeze. Warm and cozy farther back.

Late with my pizza, lied to me, call centre manager was useless, I'll never order from them again. If you're in Cracow, telepizza or dagrasso have better pizza and deliver much faster.

Our family loves this pizza. Our favorites are the pepperoni and the broccoli (with gorgonzola and bacon). Sometimes our waiter speaks very good English, occasionally not so much, but they are always very friendly.

I LOVE their pizza here... the staff was very nice....they had very interesting tops. Not what you would normally find in the States but I love each and every slice I ever ate there. The sauses were great too. I loved the garlic one best. I cant wait to go back..I crave their pizza.

ok .. had 4 visits to this place over a few days, food was always very good.

however the ammount of english spoken was about as good as my polish .. quite non existant.

on the final day the chair i was sitting on basically gave way. i did not receive any form of apology but had another chair thrust at me quite quickly. at no point did any of the management or staff seem concerned that i had an issue with my back.

seems if your not polish then customer care is non existant.

Had a problem with poor service ,waiter managed to spill a full glass of res wine over me, due to limited space between tables. However, that wasnt the problem, the problem was that although all my clothing, including socks were , stained, trying to get any form of responsibilty or recompence, was virtually impossible, be very wary of this "restaurant", food was very uninspiring, much better places nearby.

Fabulous food, friendly staff, good value for money, wonderful Chianti and very pleasant surroundings. So good I ate here twice on a short break to Krakow. Would suggest this is one not to be missed.

Excellent pasta and pizza. Very friendly staff that warmed up even more after we made an effort with our limited knowledge of the Polish language to say thank you. Also, a great place to enjoy a cold beer on a hot summer day and admire one of Poland's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Cracow's Historic Centre.

Very convenient, central location : especially when it's rainy and cold at night! Although the service is somewhat slow, the food is very good. The pizzas here as as good as those found in Rome or Venice! Lots of young people, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
