Quality over quantity - Zaczyn support indie grain growers, milling the flour in-house & experimenting with the variety it brings. Fall in love with their surreal Vegan Banh Mi on crispy, succulent ciabatta or other daily specials. Yum!

Best bread in Krakow. Everything they bake is amazing, and whatever bread you choose, you will not be disappointed. You'll only be disappointed if you get here too late.... the bread tends to sell fast, for obvious reasons!
