Risamore is a modern, Verona-inspired Italian risotteria that can described by means of four main components. Firstly, their geographical background is surely something that they are proud of. The rice used for risotto is the Vialone Nano, one of the best varieties in the world. It grows halfway between Verona and Mantua, in the north of Italy. The second element is tradition, because rice growing is a long process of age-old experience that follows rhythms of nature. The third one is passion – one that stands for the people with Risamore, their love for each other and the area of Verona, as well as… the rice picking process which they consider a ritual.
