There couldn’t be the better stop for a nourishing soup after a stroll along Planty Park than Cudawianki Food&Wine. This venue on Pijarska St is a local and intimate place serving healthy home-made lunches and desserts accompanied by a good wine. Their specialities change to match the seasons (in autumn, for example, they are the warming autumn goods like creamy pumpkin soup with cheese croutons, millet groats with steamed vegetables or hunters’ stew with cider and apples). The biggest strength of the menu is that it includes plenty breakfast options, both sweet and savoury, which change on a daily basis. It’s worth to follow current offers, because there are lots of sets at even more affordable prices than the usual ones. Cudawianki Food & Wine can also boast probably the smallest and the loveliest garden in the vicinity of the Old Town.
