Miodova is a bold combination of tradition and modernity in the centre of Kazimierz’s former market. There, behind the walls of a historic building, a special place was created, inspired by the famous, Krakow-made cookbook from 1897. Miodova keeps up with global trends, but at the same time remains consistent with the Polish, and especially Krakow, tradition, reinterpreting it with joy. According to the chef, modern interpretation of local products is a key to turning any dish into a work of art.
