In a flood of gourmet hamburger eateries, Nova Krova is somewhat a gauntlet thrown these more predictable venues. It is because this hamburger bistro servers only vegetarian burgers, though more conservative beef eaters might shrug to the very thought. Nova Krova burgers' hearts are made of millet, quinoa, seitan, and falafel, topped with sprouts and shredded veggies. A very interesting treat are beetroot crisps, apart from, of course the classic shreds of potato. And all this in a modern, bright, city interior. Spare a cow and enjoy the greener side of the burger world.
