In Cracow there's always a cavernous cellar where you can explore the galaxy of Polish vodkas and beers. Visitors are often struck by the bewitching charms of the Polish ladyfolk, 'who have a grace, a charm and an abandon superior to those of women of all other parts of the world.' Thus spoke Casanova's great friend the Prince de Ligne two hundred years ago, and many travellers would agree with the goodly prince. This pub, which is located just off the market square, is as good a place as any to chat up the locals. Students from the Jagiellonian university will be raising their glasses in celebration of a hard weeks work, (or not so hard as the case may be) before partying away until the early hours. Na zdrowie. (Free internet access too!)

This is one of the bestbars in Krakow! Staff great, music great, cheap drinks -what more can you ask for!
czasem trzeba is typical cult Krakow cellar pub. Let's hope places like these stay around for time to come!
The music and drinks were excellent but the staff, (they know who they are!)were absolutely superb. Their hospitality was second to none. Keep it up
