A timeless element of Krakow's nightlife scene. The frivolous Feniks has been in the same place since 1943, perpetually under the watchful eye of the town hall.The building was constructed in 1938 for a money-saving association by the same name. For Krakowians Feniks is a huge chunk of Krakow's inter-war nostalgic past. The interior is especially interesting, unchanged since Charleston and bee-bop ruled the dance floors. Worth stepping in, even for the sake of the old times.
