Brilliant location, huge room, clean, warm and a good shower. The staff were lovely and very helpful, they arranged our airport pick up and excursion to Auschwitz. The only slight negative was that it does not have a lounge or bar area which might not suit you

I spent several nights at Cracowdays and I can recommend the place to anyone. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Good place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Will be back some day!
Found the staff friendly and helpful. The food was great. Small issues with the safe unavailable and the water slow to drain from the bath would not be enough to stop me from returning.
A funky and sleek hotel. Our room was spacious comfortable and modern. We had a great time in Krakow, it's such a beautiful city. We'll definitely try to be back soon.
i stayed at the hotel february 2012 and have already rebooked for next year again . the hotel is fantastic and what you see is what you get ,the food is also very good with very efficient staff who are keen to please ,do not hesitate to stay here its really great being central for everywhere of interest and just a 5 minute walk to a shopping mall with bars and restaurents
Great Hotel, i stayed there in summer 2011
Throughout my life, I've traveled a lot. But this is the only hotel I'll really remember and return to. The breakfast was great, the room were comfy and the bed were heavenly. Free wifi is also a big plus. But what makes it so amazing, is the staff. So kind and welcoming! The feeling when you arrive after hours of stressing with packing, waiting at airports and then a cab with someone who doesn't know english, nothing is so good as seeing a smiling face behind a desk who welcomes you by being extremely nice. The location is perfect, not far away from Galeria Krakowska, the main street or the park. In the cab on our way back to the airport, we all started talking about our next trip there and how hotel Amber was where we'd stay. To sum it all up: go there! worth the money for sure.

Hotel good, hotel's restaurant not so good. Wouldn't recommend. It took us ages to place an order, then to get the bill. Couldn't understand why as the place wasn't busy at all.
Hotel has a very nice location and this is the biggest plus, it wasn't even so loud like I have expected.
Breakfast was superb in quality and selection. Everything was perfect!
The cost was reasonable, the food was excellent plenty of choice for continental breakfast.

Close to the center of town but near the train and bus stations and a large shopping center. I would recommend Andel's Hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Andel's is in a good central location. Our room was very funky and the best bit about the room was the bathroom. very cool. We had a shower and a bath which was an added bonus. Very close to the largest shopping centre I've ever seen in my life. My girlfriend was very happy!
Good hotel, very well priced. Free wifi through out the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Just to mention - there is no lift in the building.
Definitely a safe choice in the Old Town. Very efficient staff, our room had very good size but was a bit noisy. Good breakfast; stylish decor.Overall 8/10.

this hotel was excellent, very clean, and rooms were of great size, the pool and children areas were great, the only problem i found was booking trips in the hotel, you couldnt pay with a card, you had to go down the road and withdraw from ATM yet the hotel took card for paying mini bar bill so couldnt understand why you couldnt pay with the card for all the trips, but other than that the staff were friendly,helpful and polite and the food was lovely.

It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Main Square. The rooms are tidy, well decorated, good shower. Breakfast not the best though:( We found fantastic second-hand Sunday market just down the road from the hotel.
Excellent location for exploring the centre of Krakow. I have to say that service was first class!
The biggest positive is the location, very close to the Main Square, however from that reason it is quite loud in the night. In general I would recommend that hotel, simple with reasonable prices and good breakfast.

We found that the hotel was quiet and in an excellent location with the Main Square, Railway, Bus Station and the Jewish Quarter. beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. Good value for money I would say.
We had really great stay at this very nice hotel. Room was perfect with 26 inch telly and good selection of channels. Krakow was terrific and we would like to come back as soon as possible.

Reasonably priced with a perfect location and laid back atmosphere. Clean and modestly and furnished rooms. Great coffee shop just on the other side of the street. Would definitely come back here again.

We liked this place a lot, the room was good size, clean and many restaurants just on a doorstep. Friendly reception staff, let us leave our bags on our last day while we went to do some more sight-seeing.
Our family was warmly greeted by the staff upon our arrival. They brought bottled juice and board games for the children. The beds were very comfortable with several pillows to choose from. There were even slippers in the bathroom. Fabulous hotel and great location. We only had 1 day and night in Krakow and staying there helped us to get the most out of the sights. Great hotel!
This hotel is one place a tourist should not miss. Beside the incredible location, the staff cou;ld not be more gracious, ready to plesse you, pleasant--any where.

This hotel must have one of the best locations in Krakow, practically adjacent to the Rynek Glowny square!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the Floryan and the service was excellent; accommodations were perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the scheduling of tours to Nowa Huta (our tour guide, Lucas, was outstanding) and Auschmitz, both perfectly timed.
Simple , but satisfactory. Great location and good for budget. Will be back in December!

Very chic and luxurious place! A friend recommended this hotel to me and it didn't disapoint me. I went there with my friends and we loved the bar downstairs. Polish girls are beautiful! We will be back.
