Reviews of Aparthotels in Krakow
Although the apartment was lovely. We couldn't fault it . However very disappointed that the manager of the hotel did not contact me having fallen off the last step to the dining room. Two days later there was yellow and black tape put on the stairs. Both of my legs were severely bruised and very painful. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist he phoned the manager to no avail. This was not followed up by the manager. I am now back in the uk still in a lot of pain.
We stayed in november for 3 nights in this hostel and payed 19,50 € p.P. per night. The rooms seem to differ a little bit, so here are our experiences with our room and the hostel: + spacious room + clean + comfortable couch and chairs + little refrigerator + nice and helpful service (especially for the tour to Auschwitz) + breakfast-buffet (coffee, tea, milk, juice, sausage, cheese, jam, scrumbled eggs, apples etc.) + towels for free + elevator + non-smoking rooms + smoking-area in the backyard + coffee + tea for free in the room, waterboiler + at least 6 plug sockets + 1 km away from the central railway station, bus-station, huge shopping Gallery + about 200 m to the Old Town + free + steady W-Lan Now the not so good points: - with open window the mainstreet Westerplatte is pretty noisy (cars, trams, sirenes of ambulances etc.) - no hair-dryer - hardly enough space in the bathroom to put more than one toilet bag General information for Auschwitz-Tour: Take the main entrance of the shopping gallery, go downstairs right away and go straight through the train station. When you leave the train station you'll already see the bus station and the ticket office (14 Zloty per person). Even if the salesperson isn't (maybe) very friendly, don't hestitate to ask as long as you get any Information you need. We took the 10.10 h bus at the place G1 upstairs. The trip took about 1,5 h and stopped right in front of the museum. Important: Make a reservation (ask at the reception of the Blue Hostel) online for your visiting date and time, because the Auschwitz-Museum only allows a limited amount of visitiors every day. And when you arrive, ask the bus driver for a litte card with all the departure-times back to Krakow. And any bag bigger than 30x20x10 cm isn't allowed in the Museum. We hope, you will have a really good time like we had, and we would always book that hostel again.
Hello, we would like to confirm our trip for tomorrow from Budapest to Krakow arriving at 23 hours at the airport. We can take taxi or bus? How far it is your hotel? How much? thanks, good night, Patricia
Great staff, very clean rooms, tasty breakfast!
Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, nice service, I would recommend this place
Nice place in city center
I had a very bad experience at this hostel, we were shouted at by the manager for complaining about the noise, and our online reservation was cancelled after our stay to prevent us from leaving negative feedback. The management do not know how to deal with people - they act like the guests are the enemies!!!
I enjoyed staying there. The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly. Just round the corner from all the caffes in Kazimierz, but very quiet place.
Good standard and honest price. Recommended!
Location was excellent for visiting jewish quarter. The staff did a great job - very helpful and nice
Really good standard, homely and with interesting decor. Very helpful staff.
We found this aparthotel to be full of character and smiley staff. Location was just perfect for us as it was so close to the synagogues we wanted to visit.Good choice.
great service, nice rooms, all that you need from place to stay in center of city
very nice stay overall, super nice staff
good hotel for city break, near city center, rooms comfy and clean, good breakfast
very convinient location, good breakfast
Saw mixed reviews about this place online but booked mainly because of our interest in Kazimierz and the price. We were very satisfied and apart from a little disruption in one corridor while a new carpet was being fitted our stay was very pleasant and would definitely go back, probably in the summer time to take advantage of what looks like would be a wonderful summer garden and terrace.
Miejsce bardzo miłe czyste
My family stayed at Apart Hotel Miodosytnia in September,2010. It was a wonderful experience with an attentive and knowledge staff that made our stay in Krakow very pleasant. Check in was fast and efficient and the hotel, rooms and grounds were very well kept. The hotel has excellent facilities for group functions. We attended a meeting and social event catered by the hotel and were impressed by the style and efficiency of the hotel staff and management. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the historical areas of Krawkow and the staff were great in helping us with sightseeing and information about the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to individual or groups wanting to explore all that Krakow has to offer.
This new hotel was recommended to us for our last minute visit. We were very pleased with the service, and the rooms were very nice and clean (probably because it's new!). The price was also an important factor in booking this hotel.
KPINA!!!
