The Krakow Art Salon

Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear and Dear, Artists and Artists, Sunday Visitors and Visitors of the Vernissages,

During the year a lot has changed: directors of institutions and curators, names, alliances. Exhibitions opened and closed, there were scandals, gossip and slander, flowers at the vernissages, boycotts, protests, congratulations. It was happening because Krakow may look lazy, but under the skin the blood is still pumping. Where Bomba was, there is a lamp shop today. Thus the glory of the world shifts.

On the other hand - nothing has changed. The cafe in Bunkier is still going on, although we all thought it would be long gone by now. The Palace of Arts still stands, as Krakow art lovers have re-invented it for over a century. In the Market Square, a pyramid stands, and in Szczepański square - a fountain.

The Krakow Art Salon is also underway - last year's edition turned out to be the first, and we are very happy to invite you to the opening of the second one.

Now, just like last year: in the Palace of Arts, over a hundred artists will show their latest works. Lights will shine, we will invite you to the showrooms, you will be able to view the creations, shake hands, comment on the lobby. We hope that on this night, you will meet friends and strangers, those who never miss a vernissage alongside those who rarely leave the house. We guarantee: it is worth leaving the house this evening. The salon opens only once a year!

Vernissage (Exhibition Opening): 15th November
