A box full of love - Collection drive for refugee kids in Poland

The school year is just about to start. To equal the chances for refugee children in polish schools, we (Dom Otwarty and Fundacja Ocalenie) put together layettes for our small clients.

We need to collect a lot of school supplies - last year we gave it to almost 400 kids! This time the collection drive will also take place in KRAKOW, in collaboration with Rethinking Refugees: Knowledge and Action.

WHAT IS NEEDED:
- notebooks, drawing pads, ring binders
- paper A4 (colour and white)
- coloured pencils (pastels, wax), felt-tips
- paints, brushes, modelling clay, crepe paper
- pens and pencils
- rubbers, sharpeners, scissors, glue sticks, rulers, compasses (for math classes)
- pencil boxes, folders, backpacks, shoe bags.

You can bring the supplies to:
* Spółdzielnia Ogniwo, ul. Pauliańska 28, Mon-Sat 17.00 - 22.00
* Bonobo Księgarnia Kawiarnia Podróżnicza, Mały Rynek 4, Mon-Sat 11.00 - 23.45, Sun 15.00 - 21.00

You can also send the donated items by mail to:
Fundacja Ocalenie
ul. Krucza 6/14a
00-537 Warsaw

Right now there are collection points in Warsaw, Łomża, Toruń, Tychy and Poznań.

If you need to contact us, please write to Dorota (magazin@ocalenie.org.pl), or Natalia (natalia.gebert@domotwarty.org)

We are collecting until the end of September, but the sooner we will have all the supplies the better :) The school year stars on September 2nd!
