IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TICKETS:

1. There is no need to print pdfs from the email, the best option to prepare a ticket for scanning on the gate is to download our application from goingapp.pl/download and show it in the phone from the "my tickets" tab (you can show a printed ticket, but remember, so that the card is not damaged).

2. The scanner checks the QR code of each ticket, so make sure you can show it or display it to speed up the entrance to the club.

3. The tickets are personal and the service may ask for proof of identity, so make sure that you have the correct details on them,

4. In the case of group tickets, it is necessary to enter in the presence of the person whose data is on the ticket.

5. If you need to change the data on the ticket or to distribute it, please contact us by email: support@goingapp.pl, we make changes orders by 2:00 pm on the day of the concert, after this time there will be no possibility to make any changes.

6. If you buy a ticket from someone, make sure that the exchange has passed in our system, without updated data the ticket may be invalid.
