Owner and practitioner, Nadine Hermann, is a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, and you are guaranteed to receive treatment of the highest standard. The studio itself is a calm and positive place where everyone is made to feel comfortable. Nadine’s skill and attention to detail makes for an enjoyable and safe session. The studio is a perfect place to unwind, and Realign.

I followed both Nadine her Dutch and English Pilates classes and had private physio. I'm very happy with the results and the clear explanations given with every exercise (with physio and Pilates). Even during group classes Nadine pays attention to every one personally . Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!
I've been to several Pilates classes at Studio Realign. Nadine is a great instructor, and gives you individual attention during class. She explains the reason behind the exercises, and helps you target problem areas. Not being able to speak Dutch very well, I appreciate that Nadine can teach in English as well as Dutch. I highly recommend Studio Realign!
