Where to stay in Zakopane over christmas?
Hi, we are looking to stay in Zakopane over christmas. Does anyone know if bed and breakfasts will be open on christmas day? And hotels? and what is the snowboarding usually like? Thanks.

Everywhere will Be open Xmas in zakopane! The Poles Celebrate Xmas on the 24th and Most Shops n Bars are Closed that Evening, but u can usually find one or two open! (my tip would be Anemon opposite Big Star on the Main street. As for B&B they will all be open, but extremly Busy, you would do best to Book in Advance, otherwise u can end up paying a fair bit nearer the time! I am aware this site does bookings, but not sure if that covers B&B's? If you fail to find anywhere on line, you can always find Old ladies with signs by the train station offering cheap Accom! As for Snowboarding? Damn Right, this is the Centre of Snow!!!! Any More Q's, let me Know! :)
