Christmas in Wroclaw

Tue 25th
Dec

Yes, the festive season is upon us once again with plenty of cheer, beer and even the odd reindeer (if we're lucky!). Wroclaw is a perfect place to spend Christmas, and indeed most of Poland celebrates this time in more style than the rest of Europe. Of course the almost-guaranteed snowfall helps, but a huge spectacularly-lit tree on the Market Square and the abundance of mulled wine play their part too! This year the centre of the action has moved East a little to the grounds of the Hala Ludowa, where the famed Christmas Markets have set up shop and an ice-rink is on hand to keep little (and big) kids entertained.
