Very good service, all dishes we tried were excellent (Pasta carbonara, Pizza, pork) on the first floor you can seat on a couch and look to the panoramic window at the city vanity..
Excellent food - but very expensive. So I give it 4 stars for an overall rating.
I have eaten here a number of times, both for business and for pleasure. The food is excellent, the service perfect and the wine list is very good.
The location is nice, beer is good, service too. The Food has less taste. Just Drink and relax.
Me, my husband and our baby visited Bergs while on a trip to Riga. The staff was very attentive, and the food was fantastic. We sat out on the veranda which was very romantic. The prices are a bit high for Latvia, but the food and service is worth it. I would really recommend this restaurant!
Excellent place to eat when in Riga. Not particularly cheap, but good value compared with UK prices, and the presentation is, as the reviewer says, superb.

Really Amazing food! we ate here after hearing that it was good and it lived up to the reputation it so rightly deserves. The Food was wonderful, as was the wine and the service. Defenatly a must for anybody visiting Riga.

Wonderful cooking, splendid presentation. Expensive, but worth every penny.
We visited Kiploku Krogs after finding it in internet - and it was great. Antipasti are super, steak was just as it has to be, people (bedienung - do not know the English word)were very nice. Exotic things like garlic ice cream!!! I can recommend this restaurant to everybody, you will not be disappointed.
bento lunch and sushi are fantastic. i wish i can try all the dishes there.
Good meat. But.. the potatoes and vegetables were a disaster. 5 people about 50 LVL for one course and a beer for each.

Very slow service and incorrect order. I didnt complain, but refreshing for Riga they gave us a free dessert as an apology.

Easily compares to Michellin star restaurants. Food was fantastic, made from fresh ingredience and obviously with care and love. Service was also in the same superb league as the food. Will definitely go here again. Note: prices are quite high, but well worth the experience.
This is a marvellous restaurant where we had an excellent meal - I had no idea the standard of cooking was so good in this part of the world - top marks!
Small venue which adds to the atmosphere. Good choice on the menu and friendly, helpful staff. We had gone in for a lunch, but portions were so big, no dinner was required later! Fillet steak cooked to perfection. As you would imagine, very heavy on the garlic, which only adds to an original idea. Food cooked well and presented well. Reasonable prices: 2 beers, 2 starters, 2 mains: 27 Lats. We were only in Riga for a few days, so did not return, but when I do I will certainly re-visit here. Kenny

Super dishes and wine selection - the service cant be more perfect.. can only recommend if you need a relax from the crowded Old Town..the price follow the high quality !
very nice bar. good and tasty noodles, but also sushi is quite good. When you are in Riga, try it. ;)
