Create a massive splash and you will be famous for 15 minutes. Keep it simple, fun and friendly, and people will keep coming back for years to come.
There's no doubting that Key Bar has opted for the latter of these two outlooks, and it has worked extremely well for them.
It's one of the few venues in Riga that is really about chilling out with friends in pleasant surroundings. Low-lights, high standards of cleanliness, soft seats and intimate booths all add to the delightful atmosphere.
Just don't forget to order a drink and a bite to eat too. The food is prepared on the premises, in what could be Latvia's smallest commercial kitchen - but it is hearty and tasty. Just one more reason to keep going back.
