A message from Culture and Arts Project NOASS
The Culture and Arts Project NOASS offers visitors the opportunity to view the exhibitions of the Latvian Museum of Naïve Art, as well as personal exhibitions by artists from Latvia and overseas. All exhibitions are exhibited in two floating galleries, lending a spirit of adventure to your tour of the works of art on view. One of the organisation’s main operating directions is video art. Throughout the summer, open air video screenings and concerts take place on the NOASS terrace.
The summer season at NOASS is a spectacle of lights, music and moving images. In August, the summer season highlight is the “Waterpieces” International Contemporary Art and Video Festival - a celebration of video art, which was created in 2000 and is currently the only festival in the Baltic States.
