The complete collection of Ivan Lendl is exhibited for the absolute first time in history. It is the largest and most comprehensive collection of poster works of Alphonse Mucha in the world (151 artefacts).

Alphonse Mucha and Ivan Lendl have a lot in common. Their names belong among those, who first come to the minds of foreigners in association with the Czech Republic. Both achieved their greatest successes and social recognition not in their homeland, but beyond the borders. Above all: both set the trends in their fields on a global scale, which influenced their contemporaries as well as future generations to come – on the one hand Mucha in the field of fine arts and design, and on the other, Lendl on the tennis courts. The exhibition is a fusion of these two phenomena. Along a bridge from the past to the present and vice versa - interconnecting the two Czech celebrities of their times.

Now thanks to Czech Ivan Lendl, Czech Alphonse Mucha is returning to Prague. And it is the link to their original homeland that gives us the honour to see the most comprehensive collection of Mucha’s posters as the very first in the world.
