Juan Garaizabal: Wandering Church

Spanish conceptual artist Juan Garaizabal has used the top floor of the DOX contemporary art centre’s tower tho house his Wandering Church, part of his Urban Memories series which highlights “defunct buildings” and “monumental absences in urban areas”. Wandering Church is essentially a wire frame of the lost Czech Bethlehem Church which once stood in central Berlin. The exhibition also features ten accompanying artworks.
