England's bard comes to middle Europe for a lavish and sumptuous season of his plays staged in some of the city's most romantic and majestic settings. Among this year's highlights are Anthony and Cleopatra, The Merry Wives of Windsor and the feel good, summertime 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. The city's fairytale castles set the scene for the performances, including the Lichtenstejnsky Palace and Prague Castle itself.
